    sir..from which bank you tried for loan..? if loan is not cleared & moreover after these many registrations & mortgage of plots to hmda, DHFL will not sit quiet. HOPE THE LOAN IS CLEARED. also pls share all the docs if anybody have it...

    HDFC bank. They approved the layout and approved loan for around 40 plots with out NOC and now they are asking this NOC to issue loan to purchasee who is purchasing the plot from already registered plot owner (not Modi builders).

    Sir...Modibuilders had tie up with india bulls so processing of loan & disbursement would be easy.
    Also sir...presently what is the rate (price per sq yard) at which transactions are going on in the market???
